After you place an order, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation email.
Customers using mobile phone email addresses (docomo/au/softbank carrier email) may contact us to inform us that they may not be able to receive emails from our shop.
Therefore, when placing an order, we kindly ask you to enter an address other than carrier mail as much as possible. (You can also place an order by carrier mail.)
If you do not receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, please contact us using the inquiry form .
Also, if you do not receive the notification even though you are using a free email address (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc.) other than carrier email , please check your email settings below.
●It is in the spam folder
There is a possibility that emails delivered from this shop may be automatically sorted into the spam folder or trash can by the spam mail prevention function, so please check once.
In addition, you can prevent sorting to the spam folder by sorting (filtering) the received mail of each free mail service.
Incorrect email address
