Terms and Conditions for Returns
[Cancellation]
As import duties and purchasing fees are incurred at the time of overseas procurement immediately after your order is placed, cancellations are not possible even before the item has shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
[Returns]
Every item is individually inspected before shipment to ensure quality. If you experience any issues upon receiving your order, please contact our customer support team. ※ Carrier email addresses (docomo, ezweb, softbank) may be blocked by spam filters. Please use a non-carrier email address when contacting us.
If you receive an incorrect item or a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will handle the matter in accordance with our return policy. Returns due to customer preference are not accepted.

■ Defective or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for exchange only. If an item is missing, a refund will be issued instead.
■ When requesting an exchange, please return the defective item. Return shipping costs for defective items are covered by Bloemen and will be refunded to your original payment method via the specified shipping service.
Due to long-distance international shipping, outer packaging boxes may arrive crushed. Please note that packaging is intended solely to protect items during transit, and we ask for your understanding regarding any box damage.
S925 silver post earrings are prone to bending due to the nature of the material. While S925 silver is well-suited for earring posts and is unlikely to cause allergic reactions, silver is a soft metal and should be handled with care.
If bending occurs, the post can be gently straightened by hand without issue. Bending may also result from pressure during shipping, so please contact us if the deformation is significant.
As these are overseas products, please be aware of the following:
Accessories:
- Uneven coloring in resin or bead products
- Slight bending of stud earring posts
- Minor specification changes due to re-production
- Paint overflow
- Minor dirt or scratches from the manufacturing process
Clothing:
- Fold creases from shipping
- Embroidery misalignment, loose threads, or minor dirt/scratches from manufacturing
- Slight fading or color variation
- Adhesive overflow
- Chalk pen marks (washable with water)
- Loose button attachment
- Minor specification changes due to re-production
We take quality seriously, but please understand that minor imperfections of the type listed above — which do not affect wearability — may occur. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on photography conditions and your monitor settings.
[Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange]
- Returns or exchanges requested after the return deadline
- Returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., item looks different from expectations, size issues, or ordering mistakes)
- Returns due to shipping delays or failure to arrive before a planned wearing date
- Lucky bag sets, bundle products, sale items, or other discounted products
- Items returned without prior contact (return address will be provided after correspondence)
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or washing
- Items damaged or soiled during return shipping
- Items with odors (perfume, tobacco, storage smells, food, etc.) — please note that odors can transfer even to unworn items, so please store items carefully if you intend to return them
- Items missing tags, labels (packaging bags), boxes, or accessories
If you have accidentally ordered 3 or more of the same item, returns may be accepted depending on the circumstances. Please note that once an order is confirmed, procurement, inspection, packaging, and payment processing fees are already incurred on our end. As such, a handling fee of 40% to 50% of the purchase price (40% for unopened items, 50% for opened items) plus a ¥1,500JPY processing fee will be charged. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns cannot be accepted if accessories or original items are missing, tags have been removed, items have been worn, or items are soiled.
*Please note that we can only exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items. In the event of a shortage, we will refund the purchase price.
*If you exchange an item, please return the defective item. We will cover the cost of shipping for defective items when specified in the shipping instructions, and refund it to your payment method at the time of purchase.
