・商品は決済後より5～14営業日程度で発送されます。

生産の都合やメーカーの作業状況、現地のホリデーシーズン、天候や災害、税関手続きなど予期せぬ事情で、さらにお時間がかかる場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

※大幅に配送が遅延する場合は個別にご連絡をお送りしております

※万一、配送通知などの連絡が届かない場合はカスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください

※キャリメール(docomo,ezweb,softbank)はお客様設定のフィルタリングなどにより返信が届かない場合がありますので、ご注文の際はキャリメール以外のアドレスをご入力ください

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as production status, holidays, weather, customs procedures, and more.

  • Contact customer support if you do not receive a delivery notification or other communication.

  • Date and time requests cannot be accepted due to the nature of international shipping.

  • Each product is purchased and inspected by a local commissioned company before being sent to the customer.

・お届け商品は全て追跡番号をつけて発送致します。
・配送業者はヤマト運輸もしくは佐川急便となります。（指定不可）
　　　　　　
・簡易包装での発送となります。 靴やアクセサリーは箱が付かない場合がございます。
　　　　　　
・納品書につきましては個人情報保護、ペーパーレス化のため同封しておりません。
　ご注文確認よりお客様ご自身でご確認お願い致します。
 

・国際発送のため税関にて中身のチェックがある場合がございます。
　その際、袋に穴があったり開けたような形跡がある場合がございます。
　輸入品一般にありうる事象ですので、予めご了承下さい。
　　　　　　　
・お客様がご不在の場合は、配送会社より不在通知でご連絡いたします。
　不在通知より、お客様自身で再配達依頼をお願いします。
　保管期限を過ぎた商品は廃棄となる為、再発送、ご返金等すべての対応をお受けすることができません。
　破棄処分前にご連絡を頂けた場合は、返送料+再送料+手数料（重さや距離により変動）を振込していただき再送手続きが可能です。

・In order to protect personal information and go paperless, we do not enclose a statement of delivery.
Please check it by yourself from the order confirmation.
・Because it is an international shipment, the contents may be checked by customs.
At that time, there may be evidence that there is a hole in the bag or that it has been opened. Please note that this is a phenomenon that can occur with imported products in general.
・If the customer is absent, the delivery company will contact you with an absence notice.
Please request redelivery by yourself from the notice of absence.
Products that have passed the storage period will be discarded, so we cannot accept any correspondence such as re-shipment or refund.
If you contact us before disposing of the item, you can resend it by transferring the return shipping fee + re-shipping fee + handling fee (depending on weight and distance).
