Japan (Domestic):

  • Nationwide Flat Rate: ¥700
  • Free Shipping on Orders ¥9,000 and Over (Including Tax)

East Asia:

  • Free Shipping on Orders ¥15,000 (JPY) and Over
  • ¥1,000 (JPY) for Orders Under ¥15,000

All Other Countries and Regions:

  • Free Shipping on Orders ¥15,000 (JPY) and Over
  • ¥3,000 (JPY) for Orders Under ¥15,000

 

 

    ▼ Delivery Timeframe

     

    Orders are shipped within 1 to 6 weeks of payment confirmation (typically 1 to 2 weeks). Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as production schedules, manufacturer workloads, local holidays, weather, natural disasters, or customs procedures may cause delays.

    • If there is a significant delay, we will contact you individually.
    • If you have not received a shipping notification, please contact customer support.
    • Carrier email addresses (docomo, ezweb, softbank) may be blocked by spam filters. We recommend using a non-carrier email address when placing your order.

    Since this is an international shipment, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times.

    Orders are purchased individually on your behalf after payment is confirmed and inspected by our local partner before shipment.

     

     

     

    ▼ Shipping & Delivery

     

    • All shipments include a tracking number.
    • Domestic deliveries in Japan are handled by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express (carrier cannot be specified).
    • International deliveries are handled by EMS or our warehouse's partner carriers (carrier cannot be specified).
    • Items are shipped in simple packaging. Shoes and accessories may not include a box.
    • Invoices are not included in shipments in the interest of personal data protection and paperless operations. Please check your order details through your account.
    • International shipments may be inspected by customs. Packaging may show signs of having been opened. This is a common occurrence with imported goods and is not cause for concern.
    • If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a redelivery notice. Please arrange redelivery directly with the carrier. Items that exceed the storage period will be discarded, after which we are unable to offer reshipping or refunds. If you contact us before disposal, reshipping is possible upon payment of the return shipping fee, re-delivery fee, and handling charge (amounts vary by weight and destination).
